Extensive blood panels covering 50+ biomarkers across metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, and nutritional domains
Biological age testing using epigenetic clock analysis and telomere length measurement

Full-body MRI screening for early detection of structural abnormalities
Genomic testing to identify inherited disease risks and pharmacogenomic insights

Common Questions About Getting Started

Answers to the questions we hear most often from prospective patients.

How long does the initial assessment process take?

From your first consultation to receiving your personalised plan typically takes 2–3 weeks. The initial consultation is 90 minutes, diagnostics are spread across 1–3 days depending on which tests are required, and the results review is a further 60–90 minute appointment. We work around your schedule to make this as convenient as possible.

Do I need a GP referral to book an appointment?

No referral is required. You can contact us directly to arrange your discovery call and initial consultation. However, we do work closely with GPs and specialists, and we always share relevant findings with your existing healthcare providers with your consent.

What happens if the diagnostics reveal a serious health concern?

Patient safety is our highest priority. If diagnostics reveal an urgent or unexpected finding, your physician contacts you immediately and coordinates appropriate specialist care. We have established relationships with leading NHS and private specialists across all major disciplines and can facilitate rapid referrals when needed.

Can I choose which elements of the programme I want?

Absolutely. While we recommend a comprehensive approach for the best outcomes, we respect patient autonomy. You can choose to focus on specific areas — for example, diagnostics only, or a particular therapeutic intervention — and build your programme incrementally. Your physician will advise on the most effective sequencing of interventions.

How do you work alongside my existing GP or specialist?

We operate as a complementary service to your existing NHS and private care. With your consent, we share all diagnostic results and treatment plans with your GP and any relevant specialists. Many of our patients find that our detailed biomarker data enhances the care they receive from their existing medical team.

What if I travel frequently or live outside London?

We accommodate busy schedules and non-London based patients. Many diagnostic tests can be arranged locally and results reviewed remotely. We offer video consultations for follow-up appointments and quarterly reviews. For patients who travel internationally, we can coordinate care with partner clinics in other countries.
