Our patient journey is designed around a simple principle: the more precisely we understand your biology, the more effectively we can intervene. Each stage builds on the last, creating a compounding effect on your health outcomes.
Your journey begins with a complimentary discovery call with one of our patient coordinators. This is not a sales call — it is a genuine conversation about your health goals, current concerns, and what you hope to achieve through longevity medicine.
You leave with a clear understanding of whether Longevity Centre London is the right fit for you, with no obligation to proceed.
Your first appointment with a consultant physician is the foundation of everything that follows. Unlike a standard GP appointment, this is an unhurried, in-depth conversation covering every aspect of your health history, lifestyle, and longevity goals.
Your physician designs a bespoke diagnostic protocol targeting your specific risk profile and health objectives.
Armed with a clear clinical picture, you undergo a comprehensive battery of advanced diagnostics. These go far beyond what standard NHS or private health checks offer, providing a detailed biological snapshot of your current health and ageing trajectory.
A complete biological dataset that reveals how your body is ageing at the cellular level and where the greatest opportunities for intervention lie.
Once your results are analysed, you return for a detailed results review appointment. Your physician walks through every finding, explaining what each result means in plain language and how it relates to your longevity goals.
A written personalised longevity plan detailing every recommended intervention, the rationale behind each, and the expected outcomes.
With your plan in hand, the active phase of your longevity programme begins. This is where the science translates into real-world change. Our multidisciplinary team supports you at every step, from therapeutic treatments to lifestyle coaching.
Measurable improvements in energy, body composition, cognitive function, and biomarker data within the first 90 days.
Longevity medicine is not a one-time intervention — it is a continuous process of measurement, learning, and refinement. Your programme evolves as your biology responds to treatment and as new research emerges in the field.
A continuously optimised health programme that adapts to your biology, ensuring you remain on the optimal trajectory for a longer, healthier life.
Standard healthcare is designed to treat disease after it appears. Longevity medicine is designed to prevent it from appearing in the first place — and to optimise every aspect of your health in the meantime.

Answers to the questions we hear most often from prospective patients.
From your first consultation to receiving your personalised plan typically takes 2–3 weeks. The initial consultation is 90 minutes, diagnostics are spread across 1–3 days depending on which tests are required, and the results review is a further 60–90 minute appointment. We work around your schedule to make this as convenient as possible.
No referral is required. You can contact us directly to arrange your discovery call and initial consultation. However, we do work closely with GPs and specialists, and we always share relevant findings with your existing healthcare providers with your consent.
Patient safety is our highest priority. If diagnostics reveal an urgent or unexpected finding, your physician contacts you immediately and coordinates appropriate specialist care. We have established relationships with leading NHS and private specialists across all major disciplines and can facilitate rapid referrals when needed.
Absolutely. While we recommend a comprehensive approach for the best outcomes, we respect patient autonomy. You can choose to focus on specific areas — for example, diagnostics only, or a particular therapeutic intervention — and build your programme incrementally. Your physician will advise on the most effective sequencing of interventions.
We operate as a complementary service to your existing NHS and private care. With your consent, we share all diagnostic results and treatment plans with your GP and any relevant specialists. Many of our patients find that our detailed biomarker data enhances the care they receive from their existing medical team.
We accommodate busy schedules and non-London based patients. Many diagnostic tests can be arranged locally and results reviewed remotely. We offer video consultations for follow-up appointments and quarterly reviews. For patients who travel internationally, we can coordinate care with partner clinics in other countries.
Your discovery call is complimentary and carries no obligation. Speak with one of our patient coordinators to find out whether Longevity Centre London is right for you.
